Paint Out 2006

The Paintout in 2006 was held at Jenkins Arboretum in Devon, Pa. Nanette Noone was chairman of the day and Jim McFarlane, former board president and current board member of AWS was the demonstrator. Although the day began with some showers, it cleared up and about 30 people attended. Arboretum staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming and it seemed everyone had a great day.

	Jenkins offered us all sorts of painting views, from wide vistas to beautiful rhododendrons, ferns and other foliage.

	In celebration of Jenkins' 30th anniversary, local artists had decorated giant watering cans which were found throughout the gardens. This one was painted by a PWCS member.
